Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2nd July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before booking tickets for Santa's Dinner Club.

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases for Santa's Dinner Club, operated by Wonder Realm Ltd (trading as Santa's Dinner Club), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17323012. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. The person who completes the booking is the Lead Booker and is responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with these terms.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these terms:

02 The Event

Santa's Dinner Club is a live immersive dining experience taking place at Kimpton Memorial Hall, Hall Lane, Kimpton, Hertfordshire SG4 8RD on the following dates in December 2026: 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.

The experience is approximately 2.5 hours in duration. Doors open at 12:00pm for the 12:30pm sitting and 5:30pm for the 6pm sitting. The show starts promptly. Guests who arrive after the show has started may not be admitted or may be seated at the discretion of our team.

Sittings run at 12:30pm and 6pm on all dates. Christmas Eve (24th December) has one sitting only at 12:30pm.

Once guests have entered the venue they may not leave and re-enter. No readmission will be permitted after a guest has exited the building.

CCTV is in operation at Kimpton Memorial Hall for the safety and security of all guests and staff.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the venue premises.

03 Tickets & Booking

Lead Booker

The Lead Booker must be aged 18 or over and is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party. By completing a booking the Lead Booker confirms they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of their entire party.

Ticket categories

Every booking must include at least one Adult and one paid Child ticket.

Ticket transfer & resale

Tickets are issued to the Lead Booker and are non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned or transferred to another person for any price. The Company reserves the right to cancel tickets that have been resold or transferred without its consent, without refund.

Tables

Santa's Dinner Club operates fixed communal tables of 10 guests. Bookings of fewer than 10 will be seated alongside other guests. If you are booking for a large group across multiple tables, please contact us at enquiries@santasdinnerclub.co.uk before booking.

Confirmation

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours. Your ticket is valid only for the date and sitting time stated on your confirmation. Please bring your ticket (digital or printed) to the venue. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

Tickets can only be purchased on our website. We do not sell tickets on the door or on the day of the event.

04 Pricing

All prices are per person and inclusive of the full experience as described on our website, including the three-course meal, welcome drink, entertainment and Santa's table visit. Prices are displayed at the point of booking and vary by date.

Additional drinks and any optional extras are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately at the event. Contactless payment only. No cash.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy for anyone wishing to purchase alcohol at Santa's Dinner Club. We may ask you to prove your age using one of the following: a proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram symbol, a UK photo driving licence, or a passport. Only drinks purchased at the venue may be consumed on site.

Wonder Realm Ltd reserves the right to update ticket prices at any time. Prices confirmed at the point of purchase will be honoured.

05 Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation by you

Late arrivals

The show starts promptly. If you arrive late, our team will do their best to seat you at the next appropriate opportunity, but we cannot guarantee entry. Late arrivals are not entitled to a refund.

Non-attendance

No refund will be given for guests who do not attend their booked sitting without prior notice.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly alter your sitting, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of cancellation (such as travel or accommodation).

Complaints

If you have a concern on the night, please raise it with a member of our team immediately so we can resolve it. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email enquiries@santasdinnerclub.co.uk within 30 days of your sitting with full details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

06 Accessibility & Essential Carer Tickets

Essential Carer tickets are available at 50% off. One carer ticket is permitted per booking. The following evidence of eligibility must be emailed to enquiries@santasdinnerclub.co.uk after booking:

Failure to provide evidence will result in the Essential Carer ticket being removed from the booking. All guests, including carers, must hold a valid ticket to attend. No carer tickets will be issued on the day.

07 Dietary Requirements

We cater for all 14 allergens as described by the Food Standards Agency. Gluten-free (GF) and dairy-free (DF) alternatives are available. All dietary requirements must be communicated to us at least 10 days before your sitting by emailing enquiries@santasdinnerclub.co.uk.

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements notified in advance. However, our kitchen operates in an environment where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or against cross-contamination.

Dietary requirements not communicated in advance cannot be guaranteed to be accommodated on the day.

08 Children & Infants

Children under 2 are free but must still have a ticket booked. Infant tickets do not include a meal and count towards table capacity. Highchairs can be requested at checkout.

Pushchairs and prams are not permitted inside the venue during the show and must be checked into the cloakroom on arrival.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

09 Behaviour & Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive or unsafe to other guests or staff, without refund.

All guests must present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse entry without a valid ticket.

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises. No readmission is permitted once a guest has exited the building.

The event contains theatrical effects including lighting changes, loud sound effects and flash photography. Please see our Accessibility page for full details.

10 Photography & Filming

Personal photography using a mobile phone is permitted throughout the event for private use. Flash photography and filming are not permitted during the show.

Commercial photography or filming without prior written consent from Wonder Realm Ltd is not permitted.

By attending Santa's Dinner Club, you acknowledge that event photography and videography may take place and that images captured may be used by Wonder Realm Ltd for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of our team on arrival.

CCTV is in operation at the venue for safety and security purposes.

11 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

In such circumstances the Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.

12 Liability

Wonder Realm Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to any guest in connection with their attendance at Santa's Dinner Club shall not exceed the greater of the ticket price paid by that guest or £500.

We do not accept liability for any loss, injury or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel costs, accommodation or loss of earnings.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, cast, menu or running order where necessary. Minor changes will not entitle guests to a refund. In the event of a significant change, we will contact ticket holders directly.

14 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
