One Essential Carer ticket is available at 50% off per booking, for guests who require a carer to accompany them.

There is an accessible point of entry to Kimpton Memorial Hall. A member of our team will meet you at check-in and assist you directly to the main hall.
All tables are on one level with no restricted views. Wheelchair user spaces are available on request. Please contact us in advance so we can plan your seating.
Free parking is available on site, including accessible bays close to the entrance.
Santa's Dinner Club is an immersive dining experience with roaming actors. The show includes:

Ear defenders are available at check-in for guests with noise anxiety, free of charge. Please ask a member of our team on arrival.
Huey's Corner is a quiet, relaxed area away from the main hall, dedicated to guests who may be feeling overwhelmed and need a moment away from their table.
It has been carefully designed for younger guests who would benefit from a calmer environment during the show. A member of our team is always on hand to assist.
We cater for all 14 allergens as described by the Food Standards Agency. During booking you'll find an option to note any dietary requirements or allergens our catering team should know about.
