Friendly note: As this is a family show, please make sure your booking includes at least one adult and one child.
Do I need my ticket to enter the venue?
You really do! Please print out your ticket or have it ready on your phone to show us when you arrive. That way you'll have the smoothest possible entrance to the most fabulous show in town.
I haven't received my tickets. What should I do?

Can I transfer my ticket to another date or time?
Tickets are issued for a specific date and sitting and unfortunately can't be transferred to another show. If you need to cancel, please check our refund and cancellation policy.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available when requested more than 10 days before your sitting. Please contact us at enquiries@santasdinnerclub.co.uk with your booking reference. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.

The Experience
What age is Santa's Dinner Club suitable for?
The show has been designed for all ages so that every generation will enjoy the magic. With live entertainment and immersive performances, it particularly engages and excites children aged 6–12. Younger children are likely to love the characters, the colourful scenery and the action. They may just not follow every detail of the story.

Disclaimer: Santa's Dinner Club is an immersive dining experience with roaming actors, loud sound effects and flashing lights. Some children, particularly younger ones, may be sensitive to these effects, so your discretion is appreciated. You can find out more about our technical effects on our Accessibility page.

A gentle note for families: our show features roaming performers who move through the room, live musical instruments, and some familiar festive faces - including a very enthusiastic real life elf on the shelf. If your little one has a big reaction to characters getting close, it's worth knowing our elves are warm, fun and very much on your side. Even the most determined non-believers tend to come around by the end.
How long is the experience?
Each sitting is 2.5 hours long. Doors open at 12:00pm for the 12:30pm sitting and 5:30pm for the 6pm sitting. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins.
What are the sitting times?
We run two sittings daily on all dates: 12:30pm and 6pm. Christmas Eve (24th December) has one sitting only at 12:30pm.
What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes entry to the 2.5-hour immersive show, a three-course Christmas feast from The Workshop Kitchen, a welcome drink on arrival, Santa visiting your table personally, one caricature family portrait per table, a fresh Christmas cracker, a personalised Nice List place card, and a special personalised invitation sent to you in the post before the event.
What is the seating arrangement?
Santa doesn't do separate tables. At the North Pole, everyone eats together and Santa's Dinner Club is no different. We have fixed communal tables of 10. All tables are on one level with no restricted views. As our show is immersive, featuring roaming actors and entertainers, every table enjoys exactly the same experience.

You'll arrive as strangers. By the time the elves have been round, you'll feel like old friends.

Book as a group of 10 and the table is yours. Smaller groups are seated alongside other like-minded families. The elves will escort you to your table on arrival.
Can I take photos during the show?
Yes, of course. How could you not? Please feel free to use your phone to capture special moments throughout your evening. Better still, we'd love you to share your pictures while you're with us. Tag us on Instagram and Facebook @santasdinnerclub or use #santasdinnerclub.

Please note: flash photography and filming are not permitted during the show.

What time should I arrive?
Magic doesn't wait. Santa's Dinner Club starts promptly at the time shown on your ticket. Doors open at 12:00pm for the 12:30pm sitting and 5:30pm for the 6pm sitting to give you time to check in, use the cloakroom and settle in.

We really want you to enjoy every moment, so please do your best to arrive on time. If you do arrive late, our team will meet and greet you and do their best to bring you into the hall at the next possible opportunity. However, the show involves careful timing and logistics, so we can't guarantee that late arrivals will gain entry.
